Optimist Park

Charlotte, NC

Optimist Park is historically known as a blue-collar neighborhood, which housed construction tradesmen who collaborated to build the infrastructure of Charlotte, NC. To highlight each trade equally, the team narrated a story that highlights each trade individually through applied finishes and architectural details. The project was missing a catalyst for connecting the storyline to the physical space, this is where experiential graphic arts was utilized to bridge the gap in communication visually.
